<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium which allows the deformation of a substrate to be suppressed and its yield to be enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: This optical information recording medium is provided with a first substrate, a first recording layered body provided on the first substrate, a second substrate provided on the first recording layered body, and a first hard layer provided on one surface of the second substrate.
