<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen production apparatus which is miniaturized and in which a highly efficient catalytic reaction can be conducted, and a production method which can manufacture the hydrogen production apparatus easily and conveniently. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen production apparatus is provided with a box body, the interior of the box body is segmented by the partition into a vaporizing part, a reforming part, and a CO-removing part, the box body is provided with a fuel introduction passage for supplying a fuel to the vaporizing part and a produced gas discharge passage for discharging the produced gas from the CO-removing part, and the vaporizing part, the reforming part, and the CO-removing part are allowed to communicate in this order, and the reforming part and the CO-removing part are provided with a catalyst carrier. The producing method of the hydrogen producing apparatus comprises forming a box main body which has an opening surface and the interior of which is segmented by partition into a vaporizing part, a reforming part, and a CO-removing part, and independently comprises preparing catalyst carriers, placing the prepared catalyst carriers in the reforming part and in the CO-removing part, and then joining the box lid on the box main body to form the box body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
