<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production system of noodle casing capable of automatically, smoothly and hygienically carrying out a series of operation in production of noodle casings. <P>SOLUTION: The system for producing noodle casings comprises a first conveyer 2 for transporting a noodle sheet W1 obtained by rolling dough of noodle casing and folding the rolled material in adequate several sheets in a prescribed length, a second conveyer 4 installed oppositely to a punching means 3 for punching the noodle sheet in a prescribed shape on the same conveying line as the conveyer to provide noodle casing which becomes a product, a third conveyer 5 installed at a prescribed interval from the second conveyer and transporting the noodle sheet W2 which becomes residual casing to the following step, a taking-out means 6 installed between the second conveyer and the third conveyer and taking out the noodle casing from a conveying line and a fourth conveyer 7 installed under the taking-out means, receiving the noodle casing Y and transporting the casing Y to the following step. The taking-out means is constituted so as to be normally positioned on the same face as the conveying line and be inclined on the lower side when taken out and receive only noodle casing and drop the noodle casing onto a lower fourth conveyer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
