<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily confirm whether a service is available in the facility or not. <P>SOLUTION: Member information about a service which a user is affiliated is stored in a storage part 11 of a mobile terminal 1. Alliance information about services which facilities 21 to 23 are allied with is stored in non-contact IC chip 31 to 33 prepared in prescribed positions like reception counters in the facilities 21 to 23. When the mobile terminal 1 is put over the non-contact chip 31, alliance information stored in the non-contact IC chip 31 is read out, and it is discriminates whether the facility 21 which the user visits at present allows services for members to be used or not on the basis read-out alliance information and member information stored in the storage part 11. When it is discriminates that the facility 21 allows services for members to be used, the discrimination result is displayed on a display part 13.
