MIXTURE, HEAT MEDIUM, AND HEAT PUMP AND HEAT-UTILIZING APPARATUS USING THE SAME HEAT MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixture and a heat medium producing and decomposing clathrate hydrate under relatively low pressure even on high-temperature side and enabling heat exchange and to provide a heat pump and a heat-utilizing apparatus by using the heat medium.

SOLUTION: A mixture containing the following component A and component B as a heat medium of the heat pump and capable of producing the clathrate hydrate is used as the heat medium of the heat pump. The component A is composed of one or more compounds selected from Kr, Xe, Ar and CH2F2and the component B is composed of cyclopentane and/or cyclopentene.
