PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To associate a plurality of photographed images, obtained by photographing the same subject, with each other with high precision. SOLUTION: Image processing in which feature points are extracted from the plurality of photographed images obtained by photographing the same subject and feature points corresponding to the same point of the subject are associated with each other comprises: evaluating coordinate values of corresponding feature point candidates for feature points corresponding to the same point of the subject (A2); evaluating the position relation of a corresponding feature point candidate and a feature point disposed nearby the corresponding feature point candidate in each photographed image (A7); and deciding whether there is a corresponding feature point corresponding to the same point of the subject based upon evaluation information obtained by the coordinate evaluation and position relation evaluation to determine a corresponding feature point (A8).
