PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric conversion device improving productivity in production and thermoelectric conversion performance. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a thermoelectric element substrate 10 configured by juxtaposing a thermoelectric element group formed of a plurality of p-type and n-type thermoelectric elements 12 and 13 alternately arranged on a first insulating substrate 11, a first electrode member 16 for electrically connecting the thermoelectric elements 12 and 13 which are adjacently arranged, and heat exchange members 25 for absorbing and dissipating heat to be transmitted from the electrode member 16. In each of a plurality of members 25, an electrode 25a and a heat exchange 25b are formed in the same shape, and the electrodes 25a and 25b are disposed in the same direction.
