PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Karaoke system etc., which reproduces a clear voice signal through a speaker. SOLUTION: This Karaoke system is provided with: a microphone; a key input section which inputs music selection data etc., of a singer; a digital conversion module which outputs a voice signal from the microphone in the form of a digital signal; a CPU which outputs a signal from the key input section and a signal from the digital conversion module as one signal, and a wireless transmission module which uses a spread code for the signal from the CPU and transmits it to a Karaoke device in a CDMA method. The Karaoke device reversely spreads the signal from the microphone and then demodulates the signal to extract the digital signal, decodes digital signal and separates the digital signal into a digitized voice signal and a control signal, converts the digital data corresponding to the voice signal into an analog voice signal, and outputs it through the speaker to perform function control and amplification control corresponding to a decoded function control signal and amplifier operation control signal of the Karaoke device.
