PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap with unsealing function capable of easily and largely unsealing a lid material without placing a finger in a container, and a packaging body using the same. SOLUTION: The cap 6 mounted so as to cover a lid material 3 closing a cup container 2 consists of a cap body 11 having a cylindrical part 15 used for a tap, a pull-up tool 13 which is turnably connected to a supporting part 17 of the cap body around the turning axis O, and a piercing tool 12 which is turnably connected to the pull-up tool 13 around the turning axis O. The piercing tool 12 is turned downward by pulling up the pull-up tool 13 by a finger, and the lid material 3 is unsealed thereby.
