PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device having excellent durability capable of facilitating accommodation and taking-out of a bicycle using a simple structure. SOLUTION: The bicycle parking device is equipped with a base table 2, a rotary plate 3 mounted on the base table 2 rotatably, a front-wheel front receptacle 4 formed on the base table 2 in the confronting position and a front-wheel rear receptacle 5 formed in such a way as able to rise and fall, a fastening projection 6 formed on the front-wheel rear receptacle 5 to penetrate through holes 17 and 12 provided in the rotary plate 3 and the base table 2 when the front-wheel rear receptacle 5 is in the rising condition, a guide groove hole 7 provided in the base table 2 to guide the projection 6 when the rotary plate 3 rotates a prescribed angle, a spring 8 installed on the base table 2 to energize the rotary plate 3 resiliently in a certain direction at all times, and a holding means 9 to hold the position of the rotary plate 3 having rotated to the prescribed angle through the projection 6.
