PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device capable of properly adjusting clamping pressure to a substrate. SOLUTION: This printing device has a pair of clamping pieces 31a and 31b which hold/retain the substrate W between both sides and an air cylinder 33 which drives the clamping pieces 31a and 31b to open/close. In addition, the printing device prints a paste S to the substrate W retained by the clamping pieces 31a and 31b.
