PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a shot from jumping out of clearance between one end of a rotary drum and an opening-closing door. SOLUTION: This rotary drum type shot blase device has a box-shaped cabinet 1 tiltably arranged in the obliquely upward direction, a product storage rotary drum 5 for rotatably arranging one end opening part in a vertical plane oppositely to an opening part of the cabinet in the cabinet, forming a bottomed cylindrical shape and having a hole capable of passing the shot in a body part, the opening-closing door 8 capable of opening and closing the respective opening parts of the cabinet and the rotary drum and attached with a shot projector 21 for projecting the shot toward the inside of the rotary drum when closing these opening parts, a labyrinth mechanism 22 capable of closing the clearance between the opening-closing door and the respective opening parts of the cabinet and the rotary drum, and an elastic annular seal member 23 capable of closing clearance between the opening-closing door and the labyrinth mechanism.
