Each exit wire (Fa) has a corresponding feed section (P3a). Firstly, each individual wire is positioned in a number of seats (S7a,etc) spaced at a distance from each other and which move from back to front when working, creating a series of wire sections (F6a,etc) on the wire, which are pushed along the feed section from back to front. Secondly, during this movement a coresponding force is exerted in a contact zone (Za4) lying between two seats through which the wire sections are bent. The contact zones are adjusted so that each wire (Fa4/Fa3) undergoes one deforming near the preceding seat and a second permanent deformation in the contact zone and a third permanent deformation near the following seat.
|
