The divider has a tunable LC oscillator (11) and a driving circuit with a negative resistance, where the LC oscillator includes an inductive unit (12) and a capacitance unit consisting of several capacitance diodes (13-16). The inductive unit is connected between a positive terminal and a negative terminal. The diodes with their anodes and cathodes are connected with the positive and/or negative terminals, respectively.
