A liquid drop laser tip is provided to enable a user to perforate a bone as deep as he wants by comprising the laser tip with a length more than 15 to 20mm by mounting a connection instrument on a handpiece. The liquid drop laser tip includes a handpiece(10) for radiating a laser and spraying water, and a tip(20) installed on the handpiece and irradiating the affected part. The tip comprises a body and a light source part having a length of 12 to 20mm and scale marks formed in several colors, and has a diameter of 600 to 700 micrometers. The liquid drop laser tip includes a connection tool(30) installed between the handpiece and tip.
