A cone crusher is provided to prevent a top cell from moving during crushing raw stones by selectively restricting a gap between positioning projections formed on the outer periphery of the top cell by a stopper. The cone crusher inserts raw stones through a gap between a concave of a top cell combined to the inside of a top frame(2) and a mantle joined to a main shaft through a distributor and crushes the raw stones by rotating the mantle through a driven bevel gear combined to the main shaft by driving force of a driving bevel gear installed at a frame body. The top cell combined in the top frame is installed by a positioning tool(1). The positioning tool comprises a hinge member(11) provided with a hinge hole(111) and integrally formed at the outer periphery of the top frame; a stopper(12) having an operating piece(123) provided with a hanging piece(122) and integrally formed on the upper end of a hinge shaft(121) inserted into the hinge hole and a first screw hole(124) formed at the operating piece and joined with a first bolt ring(13); a second bolt ring(14) joined to a second screw groove(15) of the top frame; and an elastic member(16) interposed between the first and second bolt rings. The hanging piece is placed between the positioning projections formed at the outer periphery of the top cell.
