<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of acquiring contents handwritten onto a printed matter and detecting an illegitimate leakage source by means of a series of operation flows for detection of a copy from the printed matter and for detection of tampering. <P>SOLUTION: A prescription generating/managing apparatus 131 prints out a dot pattern and paint marks on a print medium in different inks. A prescription data table 138 stores region data of the paint marks. A prescription receiving unit 121 receives coordinate data acquired by targeting the paint marks on the printed matter by using an electronic pen 101 and transmits the coordinate data to the prescription generating/managing apparatus 131.
