<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a grassy flavor peculiar to vegetables and to suppress deterioration by emitting a dry odor during preservation at room temperature when an instant beverage food having effects on an increase in amount of defecation is produced by formulating vegetable powder with indigestible dextrin. <P>SOLUTION: The food is obtained by blending a kale, a cabbage, a broccoli, spinach, a pumpkin, a Chinese vegetable called Chingensai, parsley, a carrot, celery, Momordica charantia L., a Chinese cabbage, a Japanese radish leaf, a mugwort and a tomato as the vegetables in a prescribed blending ratio and mixing the resultant blend with the indigestible dextrin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
