<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist device for monitoring capable of collecting data in a centralized manner for monitoring a state of a UPS or its peripheral panel and capable of selecting data that are output as monitoring signals out of the collected data and a signal pattern in which the data are outputted. <P>SOLUTION: A setting means 13 selects and sets data concerning the monitoring items required by a monitoring facility. A selection means 14 takes out the monitoring items set by the setting means 13 from a collecting means 11 or storing means 12, converts them into a predetermined transmission pattern by a conversion means 17, sends them as monitoring signals in the signal pattern set by the setting means 13 to a display means 15 or a transmission means 16, and sends them out to the monitoring facility by the transmission means 16. The data that are output as the monitoring signals and the signal pattern, in which the data are output, can be selected and set by the setting means 13, so that this device is flexibly adaptable to the change of specifications of the monitoring items in the monitoring facility. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
