PICKUP AND SORTING APPARATUS OF INTEGRATED CIRCUIT CHIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickup and a sorting apparatus of integrated circuit chips for preventing mixing of the chips in different quality classes by improving efficiency of pickup and sorting. SOLUTION: A plurality of tray collection racks are included, and each tray collection rack corresponds to a class by the quality of the chips. Chips belonging to the same quality class are carried by a pickup head to be placed in a tray. Thereafter, the tray of full space is carried to a corresponding tray collection rack.
