<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-vehicle communication system in which the throughput is ensured by optimizing the number of consecutive and repetitive transmission times in matching with communication conditions while the occurrence of a communication error caused by collision of packets is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: An inter-vehicle communication system includes: a number of total vehicle estimate section 4 that estimates the number of vehicles taking part in a network; and a number of consecutive repetitive transmission times determining section 5 that properly changes the number of consecutive repetitive transmission times in accordance with a result of the estimation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
