PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel a memory effect of an accumulator battery in a self-supported power supply system. SOLUTION: In this device, a battery management part 13 calculates the deep discharge of the accumulator battery 5 and a generation suppression amount that allows the restoration of an accumulation state after the discharge. First, an accumulation amount when a generation amount nearest from a prediction start time is suppressed stepwise by units of 10% of a total generation amount on the basis of each prediction result of a prediction part 12 is predicted. Here, when there are still chargeable steps until the accumulation amount reaches the one at which reliability required without power interruption can be secured after the accumulator battery is discharged to the accumulation amount that is in the vicinity of a discharge depth at which the memory effect can be canceled, the generation suppression amount per time zone is transmitted to a control part 11. The control part 11 executes generation suppression corresponding to the generation suppression amount per time zone, and when a voltage of the accumulator battery reaches a cancellation voltage (unit cell 1V) of the memory effect, the generation suppression is released.
