PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load of a certain wireless repeater even if a number of wireless communication terminals exist extremely close to the wireless repeater. SOLUTION: The wireless repeater detects a communication load value (S1, S2) and notifies a wireless terminal of the detected value (S3). After the lapse of a predetermined time from the transmission of the load value to the wireless terminal (S5), the communication load is detected again (S6, S7). It is then determined whether or not the preceding load value is greater than a predetermined value K (S4), and it is determined whether or not the succeeding load value is also greater than K (S8). If both the preceding load value and the succeeding load value are greater than K, an alert output command is transmitted to the wireless communication terminal to output an alert for urging the wireless communication terminal to move from the present location (S9).
