PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of an abnormal image by scraping and scattering toner remaining on a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: A toner scattering means 7 is provided in a case 10 and a scattering member composed of an elastic member is arranged therein. The scattering members are provided and arranged so that the edge part abutting on the surface of a photoreceptor in the longitudinal direction of a belt-like plate may have an optional angle to the axial direction of the photoreceptor and adjacently arranged with space. Even when the toner left after transfer electrically adheres to the photoreceptor considerably strongly, it is temporarily scraped from the photoreceptor 1 by the edge part of the scattering member. Then, the toner after transfer is moved in a direction where an electrifying means is arranged on the surface of the photoreceptor 1 along the ridgeline of the edge part of the scattering member. Since the attractive force of the toner left after transfer conveyed to the developing roller of a developing cleaning means with the rotating operation of the photoreceptor 1 to the photoreceptor 1 is not strong, the toner left after transfer can be easily recovered by the developing roller 3.
