PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the deviation of an internal water current, and prevent a water stagnation from occurring and equalize the water temperature. SOLUTION: This water trough comprises a water trough main body 21 and a water supply pipe 27 arranged almost parallel with a water supply roller 8 arranged, extending laterally in the water trough main body 21. In addition, the water supply pipe 27 has a connecting part 28 for water supply and a plurality of water supply apertures 29a to 29d formed laterally. Further, for the formation of the water supply apertures 29a to 29d, at least, two kinds of them i.e. the first water supply aperture 29a located near the connecting part 28 for water supply and the second water supply aperture 29b which is located farther apart than the first water supply aperture 29a from the connection part 28 for water supply and has a larger opening area than the first water supply aperture 29a, have to be provided. Alternatively, a water supply path 39 with the water supply aperture 29 above the water level of the damping water stored in the water trough main body 21, is formed in the water trough main body 31.
