PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multishaft head replaceable machine tool capable of improving availability by performing maintenance such as a preparatory plan change in the other multishaft head even when a partial multishaft head operates; and a movement lock device capable of preventing the movement of a multishaft head on a rail for supporting the multishaft head. SOLUTION: This multishaft head replaceable machine tool 10 has a plurality of multishaft heads 21 to 26 movably installed on the annular rail 13; and can freely separate the plurality of multishaft heads 23 to 26 unused for processing from the processing unit 35 side when processing a work by driving rotary tools 36 to 38 by a processing unit 35; and is provided with a first body part 65 having the processing unit 35 and a second body part 66 freely movable to the first body part 65 by a driving source 71 arranged in this first body part 65.
