PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it hard to cause wrinkles in the resin film of a resin film surface-arranged rubber sheet material used in a trim material or the like for a car. SOLUTION: An upper unit 20 is formed by fixing the upper end of the sub-welding mold 1a fixed to the undersurface of an upper plate 6 and the upper end of a main welding mold 1b formed so as to keep a gap G from the inner periphery of the sub-welding mold 1a to the undersurface of the upper plate 6. A rubber sheet 4 is arranged on a base plate 10 and a resin film 5 is arranged on the rubber sheet 4 to form a lower unit 30. The upper unit 20 is allowed to fall and pressed to the lower unit 30 under pressure P to press the resin film 5 to the base plate 10 by the main welding mold 1b/the sub-welding mold 1a and the resin film 5 is welded to the rubber sheet 4.
