PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a centrifuge tube capable of collecting a marrow from experimental small animals efficiently and in the state where a mass of the marrow can be accurately measured. SOLUTION: There is provide the centrifuge tube for centrifuging a bone of an experimental small animal to separate and collect a marrow, wherein an inner cylinder containing and retaining the bone therein is fitted and inserted into a bottomed external cylinder reservoiring the marrow therein.
