PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolled tissue holder with a cutter allowing a user to pull out the tip of its central part and cut it by a necessary length with one hand by putting rolled tissue (toilet paper) after removing the core therein in an erected state. SOLUTION: This rolled tissue holder comprises three components, an upper lid 1, a lower bottom 3 and two cardboards or synthetic resin plates with a serrated cutter 5, so as to cut the necessary amount of the rolled tissue (toilet paper) with one hand, freely carry the holder and prevent it from getting bulky for distribution and inventory management.
