Provided are a fuel composition for fuel cell systems, which improves power performance of fuel and tells a fuel leakage by using an additive having a characteristic smell, and a fuel cell system using the same. The fuel composition for fuel cell systems comprises a hydrocarbon fuel and an effective amount of an odorant containing hydrogen and having a characteristic smell. The fuel cell system comprises: a stack(30) that generates electric energy by an electrochemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen and includes at least one unit cell consisting of an anode(31), an electrolyte(32), and a cathode(33); a fuel supply part that supplies hydrogen-containing fuel to the stack(30); and an air supply part(34) that supplies air to the stack(30). |
