SYSTEM USING SERVICES, IMAGE HANDLING APPARATUS, EXTERNAL PROCESSING APPARATUS, STATE CHANGE SENDING METHOD AND STATE CHANGE SENDING PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system using services, image handling apparatus, external processing apparatus, state change sending method and state change sending program in which a change of a state in executing an image handling process being performed by a function of a present apparatus can be speedily sent to a destination when performing at least part of the image handling process for a service by the external processing apparatus.

SOLUTION: In the system using services, in which an image handling apparatus 1 for controlling an image handling process for the service and an external processing apparatus 2 conducting at least part of the image handling process by taking place of the image handling apparatus 1 are connected to the system using services through a predetermined network 3, an information function 104 is provided to inform a change of a state of the image handling apparatus to a predetermined destination.
