PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for accurately detecting network condition.

SOLUTION: The system comprises a server 2 and terminal devices 3-5 connected through a network L for communication. The server 2 generates statistical information representing the amount of data transmitted/received from the terminal devices 3-5, for each of terminal devices 3-5. The terminal device 3 generates statistical information representing the amount of data transmitted/received from the server 2. The terminal device 3, in addition to acquiring of statistical information from the server 2, compares it with the statistical information generated by the own device, for analyzing the condition of network L.
