PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally shape a joint part for connecting an opponent connecting pipe member to a fluorine-based resin-made vessel. SOLUTION: A fluorine-based resin block 30 which is cut in post fabrication to become a joint part 3 and has a chuck grip part 32 for the post fabrication is held in a rotational shaping mold 6 for shaping a barrel part of the vessel. In this state the barrel part 2 shaped in rotational shaping and the resin block 30 are welded into one body, and after opening the mold the joint part 3 to the opponent connecting pipe member 5 is shaped by gripping the chuck grip part 32 on the resin block 30 and cutting the resin block 30 with a cutting blade.
