PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser heating control method, and a laser heater capable of heating a soldered part in a short time without causing any thermal inconvenience on a work to be heated. SOLUTION: Laser beams are repeatedly radiated on a surface of a work to be heated in a time-sharing manner, and temperature of a soldered part is gradually raised while heating a part deeper than the surface by the heat transfer to a portion deeper than the surface during the non-irradiation from the surface with laser beams radiated thereon.
