PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a multi-axial multilayered reinforced sheet constituted by arranging prepregs, each of which is formed by uniaxially arranging fibers side by side, without forming a gap to laminate them, and a manufacturing apparatus of the multi-axial multilayered reinforced sheet. SOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus 100 of the multi-axial multilayered reinforced sheet has a first prepreg lamination device 50 for inserting a prepreg sheet 5 comprising fibers uniaxially arranged side by side in a feed passage 2 to cut the same and laminating the cut prepreg sheet 5 in the feed passage 2 and a feed device 20 for feeding the laminated prepreg sheet 5 along the feed passage 2. The feed device 20 is constituted so that the laminated prepreg sheet 5 is fed by length L at each time when the cut prepreg sheet 5 is laminated and the width W of the laminated prepreg sheet 5 is set so as to satisfy the relation of W=L×sin¾θ¾ (wherein ¾θ¾ is 0°<¾θ¾<180°) when the angle formed by the feed direction of the prepreg sheet 5 and the longitudinal direction of the prepreg sheet 5 inserted in the feed passage 2 is set toθ.
