PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to make sufficient use of a charging ability of a secondary battery, and to charge it up to a full charge. SOLUTION: A secondary battery assembly has a secondary assembled battery 3, a normal connector 1 used to be connected to a load, a normal lead wiring 2 to connect the secondary assembled battery 3 and the normal connector 1, a connector 5 for charge installed independently from the normal connector 1 and used for charging of the secondary assembled battery, and a lead wiring 4 for charge to connect directly the secondary assembled battery 3 and the connector 5 for charge. The normal connector 1 and the normal lead wiring 2 have resistance corresponding to electric power consumption of the load and the connector 5 for charge and the lead wiring 4 for charge have lower resistance than that of the normal connector 1 and the normal lead wiring 2.
