<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding package for a vessel enabling the application to both of existing and new vessels without requiring the installation in each vessel, the easy application to a high voltage system and a low voltage system in a voltage system in the vessel, and easy laying and wiring of a cable for power feeding between the vessel and a quay in a short time, and a vessel power supplying method using the package. <P>SOLUTION: This package 10 can be loaded/unloaded into/from the vessel. The package 10 is provided with a container 8 which can be loaded/unloaded between the quay provided with an external power source and the vessel, a cable reel device 12 mounted on the container 8, an external voltage connector 8a for taking out voltage of the external power source as it is, and an internal voltage connector 8b for taking out voltage of the external power source by transforming the voltage.
