<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs for utilizing time stamps by reducing timing of time stamp issue requests for the document data to be registered. <P>SOLUTION: A document management control section 1103 prepares a distinctive value specific to the registered document data and scale-down image data of the document data. After log data correlated with registered time of the document data is stored in an attribute database 1110 regarding the prepared distinctive value and scale-down image data, electronic data to be prepared with a time stamp is prepared from all the log data stored in the attribute database 1110 at the specific timing. Regarding the electronic data to be prepared, an issue of a time stamp is requested to a time stamp server 1400, and the time stamp issued from the server 1400 and the electronic data are merged and stored in a volume database 1109 and managed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
