PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently use the storage capacity of a memory concerning a device for generating a memory address, a processor with same and a method of generating the memory address. SOLUTION: In an address space to be provided by a memory, a first setting region in which replacement origin data are stored and a second setting region in which replacement destination data as the object of the replacement of the replacement origin data are stored are set. This memory address generation device is provided with an address converting circuit for, when the designation address of the memory whose access destination has been designated by a processor is included between the first leading address and terminal address of the first setting region, changing the designation address to a replacement destination address obtained by adding a difference between the designation address and the first leading address to the second leading address of the second setting region.
