PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fin structure for integrated heat exchanger, capable of sufficiently ensuring the length of heat transfer passages of both heat exchangers to prevent a bad effect by heat conduction, and improving the radiating performance of a connecting part of a fin located between tubes of adjacent heat exchangers. SOLUTION: Slits 6 and 7 to be arranged with a predetermined length W1 and a predetermined interval W2 in the longitudinal direction of the fin 1 are formed so as to pass over a ridge 2 and a valley 3 of waves in the connecting part 1a of the fin 1, and louvers 8 and 9 are formed between the ridge 2 and valley 3 of the fin 1 between the slits 6 and 7.
