PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem that fuel was wasted since combustion exhaust was only discharged to a chimney. SOLUTION: A damper is provided on a combustion exhaust chimney so that wasteful heat exhaust can be controlled. A projection is provided on a wire, the position of the damper is detected by a micro-switch, and a wire winding motor is controlled so that an optional angle can be obtained.
