PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley device capable of absorbing and easing sudden change of input angular acceleration regardless of a use temperature range. SOLUTION: This pulley device 10 comprises a power transmitting portion mounted between a sleeve 11 and a pulley 12, and transmitting power between the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12, and support bearings 14a, 14b mounted between the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12 for allowing relative rotation of the sleeve 11 and the pulley 12.
