PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an FTP server distribution system installed conventionally in one place requires exclusive line equipment of an ultra-wide band and a high-speed FTP server in order to maintain a communication speed. SOLUTION: A main home page server is installed in a provider, and sub-home page servers are installed in relay stations, and the main home page server which has a function of informing a plurality of sub-home page servers of update by a control signal and distributing data to them when changing the data and the sub-home page servers which have a function of receiving and preserving data to always have the same data as the main home page server and a function of transmitting data out of preserved data in response to a subscriber's data request are utilized, and the data are distributed from a sub-home page server in response to the subscriber's data request, whereby the data communication speed in the Internet is increased.
