INJECTION-MOLDING BACKUP DEVICE, INJECTION-MOLDING SYSTEM AND INJECTION-MOLDING BACKUP CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection-molding backup device capable of presenting an appropriate and highly reliable molding failure remedy to a user. SOLUTION: This injection-molding backup device has an input part 41 which receives molding information required for an injection-molding process by an injection-molding machine 2 and a restriction information storage part 45b which stores restriction information for operating the injection-molding machine 2. In addition, a counter-measure inferring means 100 infers a molding failure remedy from molding information received by the input part 41. Further, an inferred results control part 45 judges it from the restriction information whether the molding failure remedy inferred by the counter-measure inferring means 100 is appropriate and outputs the molding failure remedy judged as appropriate.
