PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle device replacing a spindle unit, superior in maintainability, and largely shortening down-time, without attaching or detaching wiring. SOLUTION: A spindle unit 1 is attached with a detecting part 37 for detecting an operation state of the spindle unit 1, and a signal of the detecting part 37 is transmitted to an external part by a noncontact signal transmitting device 40.
