PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely take out only one sheet, even if there is no complicated control mechanism, when installing a laminated piston ring on a piston by taking out one by one. SOLUTION: Simultaneously when setting the ring (r) of the uppermost stage in a taking-out position by lifting the piston ring (r) laminated in a magazine 2 by lifting by a predetermined stroke by a lifting means, a ring diameter of the ring (r) of the uppermost stage is diametrally expanded by a tapered part near the upper end of the outer periphery of the magazine 2, and the piston P is set in a hollow part 2h of the magazine 2. Afterwards, an isolating member 6 is inserted between the ring (r) of the uppermost stage and the ring (r) of the next stage, and the ring (r) of the uppermost stage is taken out by rotating the isolating member 6 around a shaft. In this case, a cutout part 6k is arranged in a tip part of the isolating member 6, and the ring (r) of the uppermost stage is lifted in rotation, and a load is not applied to the ring (r) under the next stage.
