摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and sensitively detecting a variant gene mixed in wild type gene groups, and to provide a condition which imparts sensitive and reliable results in detecting EGFR (Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor) variant gene using the method. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the PNA(Peptide Nucleic Acid)-LNA(Locked Nucleic Acid)-PCR(Polymerase Chain Reaction) method, which designs both sequences of a clamp primer comprising a PNA having sequence of a wild type gene and a variant probe having sequence of the variant gene containing LNA to competitively hybridize to the target domain, and carries out a gene amplification to detect known variant gene in high sensitivity. The invention relates to the method for detecting variation of known EGFR gene in high sensitivity by using the same and to a variant primer and a clamp primer used in the same.
