PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeder capable of preventing clogging of seeds by a simple mechanism. SOLUTION: The seeder is equipped with a flat perforated plate in which a notch part is provided on the side face and a pedestal for slidably supporting the flat perforated plate while covering the bottom and the side of the notch part. In the seeder, seeds are charged into a space formed by the notch part and the pedestal and the flat perforated plate is slid to the position of the pedestal at which the bottom and the side of the notch part are opened while holding seeds in the space of the notched part.
