The invention relates to methods based on ultrasonic cavitation energy for enhancing dissolving and dissociating processes, for instance in the chemical, electrotechnical and food industries. The inventive method for producing an electrolyte aqueous solution whose components are embodied in the form of dissociable and non-dissociable, hydratable and non-hydratable substances comprises an ultrasonic cavitation processing and is characterised in that it consists in processing water by ultrasonic cavitation and in subsequently mixing the components with the water. The ultrasonic cavitation energy, by means of an epithermal action produced on the water, initiates mechanisms in the water which are characteristic for high-energy chemistry and destroys intermolecular hydrogen bonds forming a cluster water under thermodynamic equilibrium conditions, thereby substantially increasing the dissolving and dissociating capacity thereof. Said invention is devoid of an aggressive media-resistant cavitation reactor, thereby making it possible to simplify the structural design thereof and to reduce costs without decreasing the cavitation effect.
|
