A bonded body (10) bonded by melting, by ultrasonic vibration, a melting shaft part formed by inserting, into an insertion hole, a synthetic resin bonding part (11) having the melting shaft part (11c) and a bonded part (12) in which the insertion hole (12c) for inserting the melting shaft part therein is formed and a method of bonding the bonded body. Each of the bonding part (11) and the bonded part (12) comprises positioning parts for fitting and positioning the bonding part and the bonded part relative to each other at at least two positions. The method of bonding the bonded body comprises a step for inserting the melting shaft part into the insertion hole of the bonding part and positioning the bonding part and the bonded part by the positioning means and a step for positioning the bonding part at a prescribed position through the positioning means. The bonding part and the bonded part are positioned, a clearance for cutting off the contact of the insertion hole on the melting shaft part is formed between the insertion hole and the melting shaft part, and the bonding part is bonded to the bonded part.
